Today is a special day

And not, not because it's Obama's birthday.

August 4th will always be a special and sentimental day to me because two momentous things happened on that date.

In 2007, while in Colorado, Lewis asked me to be his wife.  But there was no ring, so we kept it hush-hush until he had the ring.  But I count August 4 as the REAL anniversary.

In 2008, while in Boise, ID, I found out I was pregnant with Britton.We didn't go public with the information until September.

I can't believe how fast time has passed.  But I'm certainly enjoying the ride!
