Good Food

One of mine and Lewis' favorite meals is a meal my dad prepares all the time in Anson. It's easy, super good, and inexpensive.

All it is, is pork steaks/chops.

Lewis seasons them and grills them and slices them up. I make a fresh pico de gallo. Wrap in a flour tortilla that been heated up right on the grill. There you have it.

Side note: Pico de Gallo is diced jalapeno, diced tomato, diced onion, chopped cilantro, seasoned with salt and lime juice. It is best served FRESH.

We sometimes get a little fancy and add shredded cheese and sour cream. Guacamole, if we're feeling it. Add a Tecate beer for Lewis and mmmmmmm......

We probably make this at least 3-4 times a month.

We made it today and invited a friend over. Yum.
