The dilemma has officially reared its ugly head.
I went out with D on Friday. He is a lawyer and has a very dry sense of humor. He's really smart, too.
He was about 20 minutes late, but brought BEE-U-TEE-FULL pink and white tulips as a peace offering since I hate being late or being kept waiting. They are blooming nicely. We ate at a Spanish Tapas restaurant. The whole premise of a Tapas meal is not entree-like. You order several small dishes and share and sample them. It was good.
When he was driving me back home we couldn't get into the subdivision because there were like 10 cop cars blocking off the street and a search helicopter flying above. Apparently, there was a party in the neighborhood that got out of control and someone stabbed someone else. Niiiiice, I know. I promise I don't live in the the ghetto. My neighborhood is one of those lily-white, 2 parents, 2.5 kids, 1.7 pets, manicured lawns, white picket fence suburban utopias. An errant, unpicked up dog poop is about the most criminal thing you'd run across.
And I went out with K on Saturday. He's an architect and drives a pick-up. He also is a sports fanatic, which is a good thing. Oh, I forgot to mention he's also a hottie. *grin*
He picked me up right on time. We went to Dave and Buster's. We had dinner, and then played the games. We split the free throw competition and he totally kicked my butt in billiards (pool). I was better at the trivia than he was, though.
I had a great time both nights. How the heck am I supposed to date two guys at one time? How am I supposed to decide? What's the time frame? Both guys are great in their own way, even though they are really different.
I watched the Super Bowl at home. No biggie.
We have the late hockey game tomorrow. I think I may invite either D or K. I haven't decided yet if I will, or even who.
Have a great week!
