Let's give this whirl!!

So since it seems so many people I know are doing this.....and I need to prove to myself (and others!) that I can do something besides check email and Maestro on the computer.... This is a work in progress. I still need to add pictures and cute little thingamajogs....just as soon as I learn how. Bear with me.....

Just so everyone knows, I keep a personal written journal, too. But NO WAY am I going to treat this like I do that little green suede bound book. Are you crazy? So for now, I'll just keep this rated G, unlike my little green suede bound book (which from here on out will be referred to as LGSBB).

I'm not promising to post everyday. I don't even write in the LGSBB every day. And with me flying, the days can kind of run together, and time can pass, and before you know it, I haven't talked to you in 2 years and you've gone and gotten married and are on your 3rd child.

Whew..that was a run-on sentence. Speaking of, I am a grammar freak. It irks me when people don't know how to spell or don't know how to use a word properly. Take the word LOSE, for instance. You LOSE a race, not LOOSE a race. But regardless, if you find a typo or incorrect grammar, keep it to yourself. I'll eventually fix it.

Also, in case you can't tell, I can go off on a tangent. I'll be talking about, oh, say, trees, which will make the think of squirrels, which will make me think of the squirrel that Tim found in his living room and we have no idea how it got there, which will make me think of how jealous I am of the location and price of said apartment, which will make me think of strangling myself for living out in BFE Winghaven, which will make me wonder if Mom will even know what BFE is, which will remind me I should have just stuck to talking about trees....and how beautiful they are right now with the leaves changing and falling and how much I'm going to enjoy NOT raking them this fall because that is NO longer my responsibilty. Heehee.....SOMEONE is going to learn real quick that the leaves do not rake themselves!!

Alright, enough for tonight. Tune in next time....

Elisa

I bet I know where that anal flair for the written English language comes from. I was there in the beginning, you were always better!

Lets try this, once upon a time there was a little boy in a little town. This boy was socially "strange," misunderstood, poor and naive that any of that was relevent to the way he was treated. Everyone that he talked to was a friend. He did have one friend that stood out, a "best" friend. This guy was handsome and somewhat popular. He was good at sports and was socially accepted by everyone. In this little town secrets were everyone's business and I intend to reveal some of those secrets on this website...Blog ya later
